प्रभावकारी प्रार्थनाको कुञ्जी भनेको परमेश्वरको सहयोगले बाधाहरूलाई हटाएर येशूले जस्तै नम्रतापूर्वक हाम्रो इच्छालाई परमेश्वरको इच्छामा समर्पण गर्नु हो । यस्तो प्रार्थना परमेश्वरले सुन्नुहुनेछ किनकि यसले सबै कुराहरूभन्दा माथि परमेश्वरको इच्छा पूरा गर्न खोज्छ ।

* के तपाईंले आफ्नो प्रार्थनालाई बाधा बिना राख्दै हुनुहुन्छ ?

यसकारण लेखिएको छ,

“...यस हेतुले कि तिमीहरूका प्रार्थनामा बाधा नपरोस।” [१ पत्रुस ३:७]

“यदि कसैले व्यवस्थाप्रति आफ्नो कान बन्द गर्छ भने, त्यसका प्रार्थनाहरूसमेत घृणित हुन्छन।” [हितोपदेश २८:९]

*Introduction:*

Prayer is a vital aspect of our relationship with God, yet often we experience hindrances that prevent our prayers from being answered. In this study, we'll explore biblical powers that hinder answers to prayer and discover practical remedies to overcome them.

*I. Spiritual Hindrances*

1. *Unforgiveness* (Mark 11:25): Unresolved bitterness and unforgiveness toward others can block our prayers.
2. *Sin* (Psalm 66:18): Unconfessed and unrepentant sin separates us from God's presence.
3. *Pride* (James 4:6-10): Haughtiness and self-reliance hinder our ability to receive from God.
4. *Lack of Faith* (Matthew 17:20): Insufficient trust in God's power and promises.

*II. Relational Hindrances*

1. *Unhealthy Relationships* (1 Peter 3:7): Disharmony in marriage or family can affect prayer.
2. *Unreconciled Conflicts* (Matthew 5:23-24): Unresolved issues with others hinder prayer.

*III. Personal Hindrances*

7 THINGS KILLING YOUR PRAYER LIFE.

1. Excessive eating: Eating more than necessary at night will only weaken your body.

2. Sleep: You must train body to sleep less and stay awake. Sleep drain your strength to pray. The truth is, some sleep is an attack.

3. Filthiness of the spirit and soul: Pornography, sex chat and impure thoughts are killers of prayer stamina. Your inner man would always be defeated by feeding your spirit man with filthy and erotic content.

4. Bad atmosphere: Atmosphere you create and find yourself matter a lot. If you're among prayer weaklings, gossip and carnal believers your prayer fire will die. Gossip and backbite would frustrate you.

5. Poor feeding of your inner man. If your spirit man isn't well fed you can't be a prayer champion. You don't listen to sermons, you hardly study the  word or Christian articles then your prayer life will be starved to death.

6. Worry: No worrier becomes a prayer warrior. Kill your worry to give life to you prayer stamina.

7. Distraction through watching TV, addiction to social media and boyfriend or girlfriend syndrome. Work on your prayer life.
