थुमा र सिंह

२,००० वर्ष पहिले, यहूदीहरू रोमलाई पराजित गर्न र आफ्नो राज्य स्थापना गर्न एक शक्तिशाली सिंह 🦁 (अर्थात् एक विजेता राज खोजिरहेका थिए । तर यसको सट्टा, तिनीहरूले थुमा पाए, जो संसारको पापको लागि मर्न आउनु भएको थियोे ।

“हेर, संसारको पाप उठाइलैजाने परमेश्वरका थुमा !” [यूहन्ना १:२९]

अब, २००० वर्ष पछि, मानिसले थुमा 🐑 खोज्नेछ तर सिंह पाउनेछ !

तर त्यो दिन आउनुभन्दा पहिले, महासङ्कष्ट सुरु हुनुभन्दा पहिले येशू आफ्नो मण्डलीलाई यस संसारबाट बाहिर निकाल्न फर्कनुहुनेछ ! उहाँमा भरोसा राख्नेहरू उहाँलाई आकाशमा भेट्न उठाइनेछन् ।

“किनकि प्रभु स्वयम् हुकुमको गर्जनसित, प्रधान स्वर्गदूतको आवाज र परमेश्वरका तुरहीको सोरसित स्वर्गबाट ओर्लनुहुनेछ, र ख्रीष्टमा मरेकाहरूचाहिँ पहिले बौरिउठ्नेछन् । 

तब हामी बाँचिरहेका र छोडिएकाहरू प्रभुलाई आकाशमा भेट्न तिनीहरूका साथसाथै बादलमा उठाइलगिनेछौं, र यसरी हामी सधैँ प्रभुसँग रहनेछौं ।” [१ थेसलोनिकी ४:१६-१७]

त्यसपछि, सात वर्षको महासङ्कष्टपछि, येशू राष्ट्रहरूमाथि शासन गर्न शक्ति र महिमामा फर्कनुहुनेछ । यस पटक, उहाँ बलिदानको थुमाको रूपमा होइन, तर यहूदाको सिंह (अर्थात् धर्मी न्यायाधीश) को रूपमा आउनुहुनेछ !

“मैले स्वर्ग उघ्रेको देखें र त्यहाँ एउटा सेतो घोडा थियो। त्यसमाथि सवार हुनुहुने ‘विश्वासयोग्य’ र ‘सत्य’ कहलाइनुहुन्छ। धार्मिकतामा उहाँले इन्साफ र युद्ध गर्नुहुन्छ ।” [प्रकाश १९:११]

जब मसीह शासन गर्न फर्कनुहुन्छ, उहाँ अब दयाको सिंहासनमा होइन, तर न्यायको सिंहासनमा बस्नुहुनेछ । उहाँलाई अस्वीकार गर्नेहरूले उहाँको न्यायको सामना गर्नेछन् ।

अब, अहिले येशू ख्रीष्टले क्रूसमा गर्नुभएको काममा विश्वास गर्ने समय हो ! उहाँ मर्नुभयो, गाडिनुभयो, र तपाईंको लागि फेरि बौरी उठ्नुभयो । [१ कोरिन्थी १५:१-४] धेरै ढिलो हुनुभन्दा पहिले नै उहाँमा अहिले भरोसा राख्नुहोस् !

“किनभने उहाँ भन्नुहुन्छ, ‘ग्रहणयोग्य समयमा मैले तिम्रो पुकारा सुनें, र मुक्तिको दिनमा मैले तिमीलाई सहायता गरें ।’ हेर, ग्रहणयोग्य समय अहिले हो, मुक्तिको दिन अहिले हो ।” [२ कोरिन्थी ६:२]

* महासङ्कष्टले ढोका ढकढक्याइरहेको छ, के तपाईं त्यसको निम्ति तयार हुनुहुन्छ ?

२००० वर्ष पहिले यहूदीहरूले सिंह खोजिरहेका थिए र तिनीहरूले एउटा थुमा पाए । 

२००० वर्ष पछि ख्रीष्टियनहरूले एउटा थुमा खोजिरहेका थिए र तिनीहरूले एउटा सिंह पाउनेछन् । 

जब मसीह फर्कनुहुन्छ, उहाँ अब दयाको सिंहासनमा होइन, तर न्यायको सिंहासनमा हुनुहुन्छ ।

The world waited centuries for the Messiah, and in the quiet of Bethlehem, He came-just as God said He would.

Two thousand years ago:

The Jews were all waiting for the Messiah, but they believed He would surely be born in a palace and hold a position of power.

As a result, they did not accept the Lord Jesus, who was born into a humble family and spoke the truth-and they cruelly nailed Him to the cross.

Two thousand years later:

Many Christians are waiting for the return of the Lord Jesus, but they expect Him to come only on the clouds.

They overlook what Jesus said:

"Look, I come like a thief" (Revelation 16:15).

"So you also must be ready, because the Son of Man will come at an hour when you do not expect Him" (Matthew 24:44).

These prophecies show us that when the Lord returns in the last days, He will first come secretly, in the flesh, as the Son of Man.

So when the Lord comes in secret-will we, like the Jews of two thousand years ago, reject Him, condemn Him, and shut Him out?

⚖️ Two Sides of the LION :

🦁 The Lion Doesn’t Just Roar in Judgment — He Roars in Covenant.

The Bible shows us two sides of the Lion — and you need to know both:

🩸 1. The Lion of Judah (Revelation 5:5)

He roars over His people not to destroy them…

but to defend them, restore them, and call them into covenant.

This Lion shed His blood.

He tears the veil — not the remnant.

⚔️ 2. The Lion of Judgment (Hosea 5:14, Jeremiah 5:6, Amos 3:8)

Yes — God has appeared as a Lion to judge rebellion.

To devour false worship.

To humble nations that forgot who made them.

But here’s the danger:

When you only know the Lion as Judge…

You miss Him as Deliverer.

Some quote Old Testament judgment to look deep.

Others speak identity to call the remnant into their rightful posture.

Both matter.

But the cross changed how we stand before the roar.

Now, if you’re covered by the blood —

The Lion is not hunting you.

He’s roaring through you.

Don’t let fear-mongering twist your view of God.

He’s holy. He’s consuming. But He’s also a Father.

And the Lion of Judah knows when to roar — and when to rescue.
